Employer of Record Respite Program

EOR Respite provides parents/guardians with a break.

Providers can assist with activities of daily living and routines. 

Providers maintain safety within the home in the absence of the parent/guardian.

Employer of record (EOR) offers the flexibility to support individuals and their families. 

The family can choose who to hire and schedule as needed per their needs. 

Family refers applicants for hire.

 EOR services are available to individuals who live with the provider.  

Providers are trained and experienced in providing quality companionship respite care.

Providers are screened and vetted to meet high safety standards as required by the Department of Developmental Disabilities – State of California.

CPR and First Aid Certified

Extensive Harassment training is conducted for our Care Providers

Providers are provided with 5 hours of pre-employment training and ongoing professional development training.
